Rise of AAP

On 10th February, 2015, AAP got clear mandate after scoring 67 seats out of 70 and giving a shock wave to BJP and Congress. Now, Delhi will see the new government which is innovative, based on ground realities and not of old style dominated government that BJP and Congress had. This clear mandate or I would say a tsunami of change was never easy especially when it was based on clearing corruption, social casteism, poverty, illiteracy, inflation from the lives of middle class families.

It all started from INDIA AGAINST CORRUPTION (IAC), when mighty Anna Hazare took over all the Indian youth along with him ti fight corruption. AAP leader Arvind kejriwal was core member of that team. With basic necessity of bringing Janlokpal bill to parliament and to eradicate corruption from government sectors and India's roots, team fought with all. But when opposition leaders mocked IAC to come and to join politics and having zero governance experience to fight such issues, AAP took birth.

Arvind Kejriwal lead the party inspite of some differences between him and Anna Hazare. Things became more clear when AAP gave clean blow to BJP and Congress in 2013 elections. Though AAP had to make alliance with Congress to form government, but India witnessed a wave of new change in the form of AAP. Now there were not only BJP and Congress in the field. AAP was added to the list of revolutionary parties, India ever had.

Kejriwal became the CM of Delhi and actions were ordered. Bribery, corruption, scams and many issues were getting into control. Government sector was facing new challenges from e-site monitoring of water distribution to steps for inflation check. But in run of all these inportant concerns, Kejriwal had to resign when opposition parties opposed for implementation of Janlokpal bill in the parliament. He did what he promised.

Though there was a strong criticism to CM's decision, but everything was on track within the AAP party with clear vision of their leader. AAP apologized for resigning CM seat, started connecting to masses of middle class families, traders, businessmen, shopkeepers, sweepers etc. While all this, BJP was busy with " Modi wave" after the successful clear mandate for Narendra Modi's party in Lok sabha elections in 2014. BJP missed the ground work for Delhi and it resulted into AAP's win in Delhi in February, 2015.

But with the rise of AAP, there comes a lot of responsibilities. Agenda with low electricity bills, low inflation rate, jobs, infrastructure to installation of CCTVs cameras, has to be fulfilled within next 5 years of AAP. If people of Delhi have selected new innovation in politics then AAP has to maintain that style and to bring hope for Delhi.

I hope rise of AAP will be among the historical era for Delhi when it really needs innovation and futuristic changes for its existence.

FDI in Indian economy

FDI means foreign direct investment. When investors from foreign countries invest in other countries, it results into this transaction. Like every transaction, we have merits and demerits for FDI in India. Indian economy is at $2 trillion size currently and target is to achieve $10 trillion within 10 years. Can FDI will help in this or not? Talking about India's theory or perception on FDI, different groups have different views. After liberalization in 1991, we have permitted FDI in different sectors in 2000 + years or era. Now we have 49% FDI in defense, 100% in multi brand retail,, 100% in railways and many more, but still we have lot of sectors which are not open to FDI. Reasons are many, let's take on some pros and cons considering Indian economy. Pros: 1. FDI will result into high technology which Indian sectors need very much for innovation. 2. FDI will create jobs, when our 70% of the population is under age of 35. 3. Cheap resources and control on inflation with ...
